The "Non-Rotating Torque Testing Device" is a system that allows for arbitrary adjustments of the testing environment using a constant temperature and humidity chamber. The applied torque can be selected manually or automatically, enabling stable torque testing through a non-rotating torque generation unit and a non-rotating torque converter.
